- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 6 drops SteviaFit
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 mashed banana
- 3 Strawberries

- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour 1 tsp of the batter onto a non-stick skillet for 1 mini pancake.
- Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook through.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
- Decorate with strawberries

- 8 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 6 large eggs, room temperature
- 7 drops drops of Steviafit (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp coarse salt flakes (for topping)

- Line the cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Melt the butter and chocolate together either in a double boiler or in a microwave. If using a microwave, use the lowest setting and melt it in intervals of 35 seconds.
- Allow the chocolate and butter mixture to cool completely. (at least 15 minutes)
- In a medium-sized bowl, beat the eggs and sugar substitute on high until the mixture is thick and pale yellow, up to 3 minutes.
- Then, add the melted butter and chocolate mixture and beat another 3 minutes to allow the batter to thicken.
- Next, fold in the cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until thoroughly combined.
- Lastly, add sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate the cookie dough for a minimum of one hour before baking.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Add your cookie dough to the cookie dough by using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon.
- Slightly flatten the cookies and sprinkle coarse salt over the tops of the cookies.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes. (you do not want to over-bake these)
- Allow the cookies to cool before removing them from the sheet and eating fully.

- 2 oz gin
- 1 ½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 drops Steviafit (adjust to taste)
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Crushed ice
- Pomegranate arils
- Rosemary sprig
- Lime wedges
Instructions
- Add crushed ice and some pomegranate arils to a glass.
- Pour pomegranate juice, gin, lime juice, and simple syrup over the ice, followed by the tonic water.
- Give a little stir to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with a few more pomegranate arils, a rosemary sprig, and a lime wedge or two.
