Rise and shine with our Oatmeal Pancakes – the breakfast champions of the morning griddle! These flapjacks are so fluffy, so wholesome, and so downright delightful, they'll have you flipping out of bed with a smile. Packed with hearty oats and Steviafit sweetness, they're the reason breakfast is the best meal of the day. Warning: may cause uncontrollable pancake cravings and spontaneous pancake parties!
Ingredients

1 cup oats flour

1 egg

1 egg white

¼ tsp baking powder

6 drops Steviafit

1 tsp ground cinnamon
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
1 mashed banana
Directions
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until you have a homogeneous and liquid mass.
In a nonstick frying pan, place 1/4 cup of mix.
Wait for the bottom part to get brown and with a spatula, turn the pancake over and wait for it to full cook. (repeat the process)
Serve with your favorite topping.
